Hello! I'm Kelsey West, the creator and owner of Salon West of Nashville.

Ever since I was a child, I knew I wanted to work with hair. The ability to watch someone transform before my eyes was thrilling and gratifying, but what made it even more exciting was the internal transformation I saw in my clients. When people walk into my salon, I want them to feel comfortable, relaxed, and loved. When they walk out, I want them to feel encouraged, energized, and beautiful.

Salon West was created to provide a positive environment for both its clients and the stylists that work there to enjoy and build their businesses. I stepped out in faith, not knowing anything about starting a business, and found success and growth by continuing to put that principle first.

I am married to Quinton West, and in May of 2019, we welcomed our smiley daughter, Kahlia, into the world. While Kahlia has been my greatest blessing, I am continually thankful for the opportunities I have been given and the people I have been able to work with along the way. I love building the Salon West team and helping them grow. To me, that is success.
